Ghana Ex-Servicemen Association Hamburg e.V (GESAH) is a registered non-profit organization. The members are former Ghanaian security officials, (e.g. Military Officers, Police Officers) and other interested persons who live in Hamburg and the surrounding areas. The association was founded in 2014 to use the experience and professionalism of the members, be actively involved and engage African communities in Hamburg to promote peace and integration. In 2017 GESAH organized a program that brought Police, Customs and Fire Service and the African community together under one roof and the main goal was to promote the interest of the African youth in diverse job opportunities in the security services for better life perspectives. This has yielded positive results. GESAH also focuses on welfare and developmental engagement of African communities in Hamburg. GESAH is currently helping the African community to promote and reduce healthcare disparities among the community residents

Meine Diaspora e. V,  is an association of qualified professionals from healthcare, legal and political sectors. Our competence is focused on the healthcare of people of African descent and people of colour living in Hamburg. Also we focus on health promoting measures through workshops.

YAPA Germany e. V is a recognized non-profit German-African association with a wide range of career fields of African and non-African professionals who have come together to provide career guidance fulfilling the needs of many young people. Often, people with an immigrant background lack the appropriate role models. YAPA fills this gap in their profession, providing role models for doctors, engineers, lawyers, teachers and more. YAPA's network extends throughout Germany, with Hamburg as its headquarters. Many nurses, midwives, dentists and people who have studied public health have joined this network of professionals. YAPA is therefore an important asset in the implementation of this project, as it has personnel from different backgrounds who can treat and care for patients and also provide health education.
