The primary aim of this mobile Medical Clinic (MMC) is to reduce the healthcare disparities in the African community. Our objectives include helping to provide medical services better tailored to our African populations and health systems more community-oriented.

The Mobile Medical Clinic, is a standard, licensed and state-wide approved healthcare services provider located in the heart of Hamburg, Germany, to serve African and other minority communities all across different locations.

Healthcare Services

Our Mobile Medical Clinic, will be in the field to bring health care services closer to the people and our services will be carried out by highly trained professional doctors, dentist, opticians, nurses, nurse’s aides, mental health counsellors, medication management counsellors, physical therapists and other health and non – health workers, who know what it takes to provide medical services better.

Clinical Care

We provide physicals, immunizations, chronic illness management, behavioural health support, and urgent care, legal aid and social services. Additional prevention services included health education on cervical cancer.

Preventive Screening

We provide services range of comprehensive Primary Care Services which include: Preventive screening e.g. Blood pressure, Weight Checks, Immunizations, Cholesterol Screening, Vision Screening and Wellness Education.

Health Education

We provide free education, coaching and health navigation services to under-served residents. We give health education and referrals to social services and community health centres to address patients' highest needs.

You and your family /organization are invited to attend a one-day health pilot project Diaspora Mobile Medical Clinic (DMMC) aimed to reduce diseases such as hypertension and cardiovascular diseases, the leading causes of many deaths in African community in Hamburg. 

The event is on Sunday 30th June 2024, 12:00 – 16:00 hrs. at the premises of Church of Pentecost (Central) Albert-Schweitzer-Ring 4, 22045 Hamburg-Jenfeld.
