It is our distinct pleasure to invite you and your family /organization to attend a one-day health pilot project Diaspora Mobile Medical Clinic (DMMC) aimed to reduce diseases such as hypertension and cardiovascular diseases, the leading causes of many deaths in African community in Hamburg on Sunday 30th June 2024, 12:00 – 16:00 hrs. at premises of Church of Pentecost (Central) Albert-Schweitzer-Ring 4, 22045 Hamburg-Jenfeld.
